Privacy policy

Sundayable Client Portal lets authorized client contacts and Sundayable team members review content, approve it, request changes, and see its current status.

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address, Google account identifier, name, and profile image. We use that information only to confirm who you are, match you to the right client account, and show who made a decision.

We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google services. We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

We keep portal access records, sign-in timestamps, a security hash derived from your IP address, browser information, approval decisions, change requests, and comments. Client content may include images, video, captions, schedules, and published links supplied by Sundayable or the client.

We use this information to operate the portal, keep client accounts separate, record approvals, investigate security issues, and notify the Sundayable team about client decisions.

Your authorized company contacts and Sundayable team members can see information connected to that company. Operational service providers may process data for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and security. They receive only what is needed to run the portal.

Portal sessions expire after 30 days. Access can be revoked immediately. Approval history is kept as a business record, including after a client engagement ends. You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to remove information that we are not required to keep.
